Highlight Top or Bottom Numbers in Excel List

First, you'll see how to highlight the top 3 numbers in the list, using a formula for the conditional formatting rule.
Next, highlight the bottom number in the list, and use a worksheet cell to set how many numbers should be highlighted. You can even set the number to zero, so nothing is highlighted.
