It’s fair to say the rain arrived on the Sunday afternoon of the 2025 Goodwood Revival. This is usually a bad sign, but when the St. Mary’s Trophy presented by Motul is concerned, the rain means the action gets wonderfully sideways. They’re the type of conditions where the drivers have a real chance to show off their skills. Throttle balancing and many, many steering inputs are required to keep the cars moving in the right direction. The big American V8s were now at a disadvantage, but that leaves room for the British machines to shine. A three-way battle for the lead between three Jaguar Mk1s? That’ll do nicely.
