AGV Pista GP RR:
The AGV Pista GP RR. This helmet serves as a replacement to the AGV Pista GP R, and as the name suggests, there aren’t too many changes. Instead we get a refinement of AGV’s top racing helmet and with the RR, you get the latest replicas from the Moto GP worn by riders such as Valentino Rossi. The big question is the recommended retail price though and the Pista RR starts at 1250 Euro or just under 1400 USD. So it is pretty much inline with the older Pista GP R and of course, this helmet represents the best of the best.
Shoei X-Spirit 3:
The Shoei X-Spirit 3 helmet targets track enthusiasts and sportbike riders that want a high-end Full-Face helmet. The starting point for Shoei was that they had to improve the original X-Spirit 2 which was one of leading models amongst luxurious full-face helmets. So they took rider feedback from across the globe and translated that into high quality Japanese manufacturing. And that comes with a price tag. This model is being worn by none other than 7-time motoGP World Champion Marc Marquez. Shoei co-developed this helmet with Marquez's requirements into consideration and this resulted in developing the ultimate racing helmet. The x-spirit III has been designed for high-performance use and they gave everything to reach maximum safety.
Shoei GT Air 2:
The new Shoei GT-Air 2 helmet is the long anticipated successor to the very successful original GT-AIR. The GT Air II is a sports touring helmet. Meaning it is an all-round full face helmet that has the comfort of a touring helmet. The GT Air 2 will perfectly cover you for everything in between full touring and racing.
Schuberth C4 Pro Carbon:
Schuberth has released the successor to the Schuberth C4 helmet, the schuberth C4 Pro. It is a modular helmet meant for touring riders looking for the best quality available. At first sight the C4 Pro doesn’t show any big changes to the original C4. But nothing is less true. This flip up helmet has been improved on many points, some of which had caused difficulties with C4 modular helmet. The Schuberth C-4 Pro is a very high-end modular helmet. The best comparison could be made with its all time-rival the Shoei Neotec 2.
HJC i 90:
The HJC I-90 Modular Helmet is the newest addition to the affordable I-line from HJC. The HJC I90 is actually the little brother of the premium and brand new HJC RPHA-90 S Modular Helmet. Both Modular helmets are located respectively at the top and bottom of the Touringhelmets segment. HJC already had the budget full-face helmet HJC I-70 and is now expanding this budget line with a very affordable modular helmet. The HJC I-90 Flip-Up Helmet gives you a particularly value and is ideally suited for the starting rider or the occasional good-weather rider. Remember that the budget models of the HJC range are still better than many of the helmets that are sold.
