Replacing heater bearings. Toyota Corolla 150.
Replacing the bearings didn't help. While disassembling the heater fan, I heated it with a hair dryer because the fan and motor shaft heated up, causing the mating surface to change and the balance to be off! It's better to drill it than heat it with a hair dryer.
