► Rapper Farid Bang, whose real name is Farid Hamed El Abdellaoui, was born on June 4, 1986, in the Spanish exclave of Melilla on the North African coast of Morocco. He grew up in Torremolinos in the Spanish province of Málaga until he was eight years old, before his family moved to Düsseldorf.
