The first step you need to take is to install iTunes app on your computer. iPhone has improved security and because of that you must install this app from Microsoft store. After the installation, open it.
Use the USB cable you use in charging your device to connect your device to the PC USB port. After that, approve that the computer should access your iPhone.
You will be required to unlock your iPhone using your Apple ID password. Just do that. Once iTunes confirms the password to be correct, you will be granted pass. Click the phone icon that shows up at the top part of the iTunes app followed by File Sharing.
Select the app in your iPhone where you want the file to be transferred to. Drag the file from your computer and drop in the app which serves as folder in this case.
