A viewer asked me why we cannot take the derivative of x^x. The truth is, of course, we could, as long as we do it correctly. A common mistake that many calculus students make is to say d/dx(x^x)=x*x^(x-1) because they used the power rule for derivative incorrectly. Here we will review when we can actually use the power rule, i.e. d/dx(x^n)=n*x^(n-1) and then we will see the correct way to differentiate x^x by using logarithm.
