With bulging eyes and dragon-shaped ornament on the forehead, this bronze mask is similar in appearance to the famous bronze mask with protruding eyes, which is also unearthed from No.2 sacrificial pit.Compared to the bronze mask with protruding eyes, this mask is slightly narrower, but with the large ornament protruding upward from the forehead, the bronze mask with protruding eyes and trunk reaches a height of 82.5 cm, which makes it the taller one.

双眼向外凸出，额顶铸有夔龙，铜戴冠纵目面具，和著名的铜纵目面具同属于三星堆纵目家族，都出土于二号祭祀坑。相比于铜纵目面具，铜戴冠纵目面具要略窄一些，但是加上额头部位向上突出的巨大装饰物，铜戴冠纵目面具的通高可达82.5cm，比铜纵目面具还要高。
