The 4 Nozzels Vacuum liquid filling machine semi automtic for perfume 10-5000ml Vakuum-Abfüllmaschine are completely self contained,portable,and require no electricity.These features make them ideal for filling everything form nail enamel containers to perfume containers.Fill level are adjustable and achieve fill consistency regardless of the product.
The YX series machines are easy to operate and bottle changes are as easy as sliding new bottles under the fill heads or pushing the foot pedal.In addition to serving as a filler for your more delicate products lines,the VAC can also be an inexpensive backup unit,eliminating down time and costly set-ups for small runs.
Working principle:
1.Vacuum filling system draw product into the container by using constant vacuum suction,the constant vacuum is created by a vacuum generator connected to a vacuum chamber and a special filling valve.The filling consists of a filling sleeve.Within the filling sleeve,there is a vacuum tube.The vacuum tube is used to draw the excess product back into the vacuum chamber in order to prevent overfill.The fill level of the container is determined by the depth of the vacuum port within the neck of the container.When the product reaches the vacuum port,the fill is completed.However,the flow will continue through the vacuum tube until the seal on the container is broken or until the vacuum pump.
