Can Debian be installed like Arch? I tried building it from TTY

What happens if you take Debian, strip it right back to a bare TTY-style starting point, and try to build it up like Arch?
That is exactly what I tested here.
Starting from the Debian standard ISO, I cloned my script from GitHub, used it to handle the base setup, then rebooted into a working Debian TTY install and pushed it further by installing KDE Plasma. Along the way I ran into a few issues, spotted missing pieces, and started figuring out what still needs to be added to make this a more complete Arch-style Debian experience.
This is not about saying Debian is Arch. It is about seeing whether Debian can give you that same feeling of building your system yourself, but on a more stable base.
If you like the idea of building Linux from a minimal starting point without going full rolling release, this one will probably be right up your street.
