Why eKart is not delivering the products
Online customers complained that the order they placed on Flipkart is returned without their consent. Online sellers also complained that they are getting too many undelivered orders. They conjure that these are fake orders. But there is a reason why these orders are not delivered. Amazon and Flipkart both are working on these issues. Amazon courier service is known as ATS and Flipkart courier service is known as eKart.
Amazon pick up point is one the resolution that Amazon come up with. Flipkart is collaborating with other couriers like Delivery, Ecom Express, Blue dart to get packets delivered.
