Testing Fortnite Battle Royale running on Intel UHD 620 graphics on an Intel Core i5-8250U 'Kaby Lake-R' processor, sometimes also called Coffee Lake, in an HP Envy x360 15 laptop.
The game was tested at 960x540 (50% render scale from 1080p) on low detail settings and gave reasonable framerates, mostly in the 25-30fps range - not ideal, but playable.
Performance should be similar to other UHD 620 equipped 'Kaby Lake-R' processors, such as the Core i5-8350U, i7-8650U, i7-8650U
