This Is Me Crying & Being Emotional - I Couldn't Hold it Together
I lost it. I just couldn't keep myself together. I cried a lot the day this was recorded. It felt good to let it all out...to say all the things on my mind. I could tell that I was reaching a tipping point where all of my feelings were being bottled up and I was about to explode. I've been frustrated because I don't see myself going anywhere. I keep feeling overwhelmed by problems and I don't know how to handle everything. This was bound to happen eventually and I'm glad I caught it on video. I'm nervous to share this moment with you because it is extremely personal and something I constantly struggle with. My hope, however, is that someone watches this who is the same way and feels less alone. Can you relate to any of the things I talked about it this video?
