Steps:
1. Download the file required:

2. Open you Garrys Mod folder, usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam
3. Then open the bin file inside the Garrys mod File
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\GarrysMod\bin
4. Paste the file in the Garrys mod folder and the bin folder
