WHR Global’s Event Management System tool sends transferees surveys, informational videos, and other tips during each critical event through their relocation process. This “Just in Time” messaging tool ensures the best possible moving experience.
Based on response rates, EMS is the most effective relocation feedback system that exists.
Household Goods Delivery
During this stage, we confirm the date selection is correct. Our EMS system makes sure that a transferee, moving company, and WHR Global are aligned and on the same page. This level of transparency ensures that timelines are met, that customer experience exceeds expectations, and that the move is completed as smoothly as possible.
Temporary Housing
For transferees who opt into temporary housing, we confirm check-ins go smoothly, and the unit is clean & furnished with everything transferees need.
First Response
If issues ever arise during the relocation process, the EMS system will trigger tasks for the WHR Relocation Counselor & Supply Chain Manager to resolve immediately.
After The Move
When your employee is on assignment for 1-3 years, WHR’s system will automatically check in with them every 60-90 days, to ensure they feel supported by the company while on assignment.
