That video was created for creepy atmosphere but in my opinion, if you have problems with your imagination and you may notice something in the game, you will tell about that to your friend or close community. There are similar situation with Gmod. Somebody have created a scary story and more users created it after him because they have played Gmod after reading that story. All in all, it is your choice - believe or not believe.
