How to Install Zabbix 5.2 on CentOS 8 [Step-by-Step]

Installation Environment.
Centos 8.3/Mysql/Apache/Zabbix 5.2
Install Zabbix repository
rpm -Uvh https://repo.zabbix.com/zabbix/5.2/rh...
dnf clean all
Install front-end, proxy
dnf install zabbix-server-mysql zabbix-web-mysql zabbix-apache-conf zabbix-agent
Install the database
dnf -y install mariadb-server && systemctl start mariadb && systemctl enable mariadb
Reset mysql password
mysql_secure_installation
Initialize the database
mysql -uroot -p
password
create database zabbix character set utf8 collate utf8_bin;
create user zabbix@localhost identified by 'password';
grant all privileges on zabbix.* to zabbix@localhost;
quit;
Import the initial schema and data on the Zabbix server host. You will be prompted for the mysql password
zcat /usr/share/doc/zabbix-server-mysql*/create.sql.gz | mysql -uzabbix -p zabbix
Edit the /etc/zabbix/zabbix_server.conf file, find the DBPassword and enter the created database password after =
DBPassword=password
Restart Zabbix and httpd services
systemctl restart zabbix-server zabbix-agent httpd php-fpm
systemctl enable zabbix-server zabbix-agent httpd php-fpm
