Today we have an UNBOXING video about our new GPS fishfinder from GARMIN - Striker Plus 9sv
We bought this fishfinder for ourselves and plan to catch lots of fish this season :)
Last year, as you could see in our videos, we used a small bw sonar Lowrance HOOK 4x. And as far as his capabilities were, we searched for the anomalies of the bottom relief, flocks of white fish, reeled the circles for the correct setting at the point ... Well, we managed more or less successfully caught some zanders.
But technologies has long gone ahead, fish in our reservoirs are getting smaller every year and it has become more difficult to find it.
The criteria for choosing a new fishfinder was the presence in it of all three rays: the sonar, the bottom scanner and the side beams.
Our choice was limited to models Lowrance Hook2-7x Tripleshot, Lowrance Hook2-9 Tripleshot, Garmin Striker Plus 7sv and Garmin Striker Plus 9sv. Having compared all the advantages and cost of the devices, we chose Garmin Striker Plus 9sv.
