After using the root bone plugin in my previous tutorial • UE4 - Adding Mixamo Rootbone Using Bl... I realized that there was a T-Pose frame tacked onto the beginning of the animations. This video helps to clarify some of the settings and post conversion corrections. Hope it helps you !
