Steel Wire or Aluminum Wire?
http://iscrapapp.com - Ernie walks through the tension wires that are used on phone poles and whether they are steel or aluminum wire. If you take a magnet to them, the magnet will generally stick, however there is aluminum wire surrounding steel wire in the center. Take the strands apart to make more money and separate them.
