Helpful tip: if you're near a scannable object, a white ghost icon will appear on your screen in the top right corner. Your Ghost will also look directly at the object. There's no way to see which ones you've scanned already, as all of the objects can be scanned an infinite amount of times.
This video won't show you all the lore tied to every scannable object. These videos were made to show you the locations so that you can scan them yourself if you want to. Sadly, it seems there's no reward for scanning everything. There seems to be 1 glitched object on Titan which you can't scan at the moment, so maybe once it's fixed we might unlock something.
