Hey guys! Today, I'll show you how to partition your hard disk with Disk Management, a buit-in
tool in Windows 7.

******* More detail at: http://tutsandroid.com/phan-vung-o-cu...
*******

1. Open Disk Management
Method 1:
Open run windows (press Windows + R at the same time)
type diskmgmt.msc then enter
Method 2:
chose start button, then right click on Computer, on the menu, chose Manage.
On the new window, chose Disk Management

2. How to create new partition without losing data
right-click the volume that you want to shrink, and then click Shrink Volume.
it'll take a while, please be patient...
enter the amount of space by which to shrink the disk, and then click Shrink.
Now, we have to assign a letter and format the new volume:
right-click an unallocated or free area, and then click New Simple Volume
Click next twice.
specify whether you want to assign a drive letter and then click Next
chose format type and named for the new volume. Click Next, confirm your options,
click Finish.

Now you see a new drive appears in Explorer.

3. How to merge the two partitions into one large.
for example, I need to merge the new partition (F) that we've created in previous step into
D partition, every thing will be unchanged, as before.

right-click the new partition (F), and then click Delete Volume. Notice this action will delete
any data on F partition, so make sure you backed up everything before performing this step.

right-click partition D, and then click Extend Volume, click next on the new window
add Deleted Volume, then click Next and finish.

Now the partition D has more space and partition F gone, as before
All done.
