Cloud-Sync
Cloud-Sync securely connects to all of your employees Microsoft or Google accounts, so that all of their e-mail messages can be stored in your database. It does this by pushing every e-mail sent and received through your API, where it can be stored against customer and employee records, including the full list of recipients and attachments. Once this information is under your control, you can then utilise a range of artificial intelligence agents to contextualise this data, for the benefit of your customers.
