It's time for some old-school builds, crazy tests, and experiments. In this column, I'll be squeezing the maximum out of the Socket 478 platform. In this series, I'll be building a system on a "mutant" ASRock P4i945GC motherboard with an Intel Pentium 4 Prescott processor with a base clock of 3.0 GHz and overclocking it to achieve stable results. RAM will be 4 GB of DDR2 in dual-channel mode. A 128 GB Bliksem SATA SSD will be used for Windows 7. And the icing on the cake will be the Nvidia GeForce 9800 GTX+ graphics card from INNO3D. The video includes comprehensive testing using various programs and benchmarks, as well as video games. Enjoy watching everyone.
