Delicious shortcrust pastry apple pie recipe, quick and easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
Dough:
300 g flour
1 egg
100 g butter
3 art. l. milk
80 g sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1 ½ tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
Filling:
500 g apples
100 g sugar
50 g dried fruits (raisins, dried apricots, etc.)
2 tbsp. l. starch
1 tsp ground cinnamon
To grease the mold ½ tsp. vegetable oil
Bake the cake preheated to 180 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes.
