Scraping free proxies from public websites to a local database with automated verification
1. Scrape free proxies from the web simultaneously
i.e.
http://proxylist.hidemyass.com/
http://incloak.com/proxy-list/
2. Store to local database (DB) table
3. Run a program to verify scraped proxies and update DB info
(tested, verified)
4. Randomly select proxy from the verified pool and update DB info
(used, date_used)
5. Manually check selected proxy using a browser
