How to automatically redact private information from multiple audio files at once | CaseGuard Studio
In this video, we will be going over the Bulk feature available when Redacting Audio with CaseGuard Studio. With Bulk Redaction, you’re able to redact thousands of audio files and video files with audio at once.
First, select an “Operation” from the “Bulk Processing” window.
Select the operation “Audio Redaction” from the “Operations” drop-down
Use the “Add File” button to add as many audio and video with audio files as you need to Redact
Select “Redact Audio Settings” to provide more information such as the language of the files. You can keep the default “English” option but CaseGuard Studio does give you more than 50 different language options to choose from.
Select to have CaseGuard detect and Redact if the files contain multiple languages.
You can choose to have the information you want Redacted to be muted or bleeped.
Use the drop-down below to select what exactly you want to be detected and muted or bleeped from your files. You can also select to have them all Redacted by checking the box labeled “Select All.”
CaseGuard gives you a lot of categories of sensitive information to choose from to have Bulk Redacted.
You can choose to Redact all of these categories with one selection or specific PIIs’ such as all names, phone numbers, addresses, and social security numbers, and then click “Apply.”
You can have CaseGuard export all the files in your bulk after it's finished detecting and Redacting by checking the checkbox.
If you want to make any manual edits, you can leave it unchecked and the files will show up in your “Project Files” panel with the Redactions from the Bulk Processing operation applied but not exported.
