Honolulu Climate Director gives homeowner tips on flooding
Even though we're getting into dry season flooding can be a concern at any time, and now is a good time to prepare. Matt Gonser, the executive director of the City and County of Honolulu's Office of Climate Change, Sustainability, and Resiliency stopped by Wake Up 2Day on Tuesday to share some ways to help mitigate flooding.
