Day 6 is all about control, strength, and feeling powerful in your body. We’re starting with handstand sliding variations to challenge your shoulders, arms, and deep core while improving balance and stability. Then we move into kickbacks with resistance to really target and sculpt your glutes, followed by focused inner thigh exercises to build strength and tone from every angle. Expect controlled movement, strong activation, and that deep burn that tells you it’s working. Stay steady, stay intentional, and trust how strong you’re becoming.
