Why do some people at Dodo wear gloves while others don't?
It's simple. Before each shift, a manager checks employees' hands for cuts, injuries, and nail length. If there's a minor scratch or other damage to the skin, we put on gloves. If there's an injury, you're not allowed to work at all! If your hands are fine, you don't need gloves. This is done to comply with sanitary standards and prevent bacteria from accumulating on gloves, which can become a source of contamination over time. We stand for real safety, not the illusion of cleanliness!
