Squash roll with mushrooms is incredibly tasty and very healthy. My channel;    / receptik1   This is just a great snack, as well as a light and nourishing snack at the same time! It is easy to prepare, looks bright and festive on the table, both on holidays and on weekdays.

   In principle, the filling here can be absolutely any, the main thing is to prepare squash dough. In the role of the filling, you can use fried mushrooms or minced meat, grated cheese with chopped greens, any chopped vegetables and other products.    Recipe: For the base roll. Squash 2 pieces; chicken eggs 3 pieces; parsley and dill 3 branches each; flour 4 tbsp; baking powder dough 1 tsp; ground black and fragrant pepper 1/2 tsp; salt 1st spoon;
   For the filling: Carrots 2 pieces; bow 1 piece; mushrooms 400 grams; hard cheese 50 grams; sour cream 1st tbsp; butter 50 grams; vegetable oil 3st.lozhki; spices to taste.

   Preparation: Carrots, onions and my mushrooms, I clean onions, and finely chop mushrooms, I rub carrots on a large grater. Finely chopped greens. In the pan pouring vegetable oil. I heat up, fry onions and carrots until golden brown, then introduce butter and mushrooms, fry all the vegetables until ready. I shift in a bowl for cooling.

    I rub cheese on a fine grater. I squash zucchini on a coarse grater, add salt and let it stand for 10 minutes to peel off the juice. The juice is poured and well squeezed zucchini. I add chicken eggs, chopped greens, flour, baking powder, spices to the pressed zucchini, and mix everything into a homogeneous mass. I spread the prepared mass on a baking sheet covered with a silicone mat and distribute everything evenly.

    I put baked in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes depending on the oven. I bake until golden brown, remove the squash cake from the oven, spread the stuffing from carrots, onions and mushrooms. I spread it evenly over the whole surface, put some grated cheese on it (I leave some cheese to decorate the roll) and turn it into a roll.

     Top roll grease with sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese. Again put in the oven for 5-7 minutes to form a golden crust. I take the roll out of the oven, let it cool completely, cut it and serve it to the table. Enjoy your meal!!!
