Description: Wanted level editor is a cleo code created by me in order to make the law enforcement in 3 era GTA games easier to modify.
With WLE you will be able to quickly modify Vehicle and ped models, weapon indexes...
It's possible to have more then 1 vehicle per star (max 7 vehicle and ped models).
It's also possible to modify stuff for each zone and each star (if GENERAL_SETTINGS is set to 1 you can modify wanted stars only).
Tool used for recording - ZD Soft Screen Recorder 11.0.
Tool used for video processing: Sonny Vegas Pro 11.0.
Tools used for making the mod:
Sanny Builder 3.2.2,
Cheat Engine 6.4,
IDA 6.6 with the hex rays.
idb documentation was used during the mod creation.
Programing language: gta3 script also known as scm.
The mod has been updated several times. Errors were recovered and removed.
IMPORTANT: The mod works with GTA SA US 1.00 Hodloom only (size 14,383,616 bytes).
