Recipe:
Cornmeal and Tapioca Starch Cookies
Tapioca starch: 2 cups
Cornmeal flour: 2 cups
Oil: 1 cup (leaving about 2 fingers of space at the top)
Eggs: until the dough reaches the right consistency for rolling.
