Woohoo, shout outs for all the AMAZING impromptu data visualizations created throughout the United States today as folks were capturing images of the solar eclipse across its path. Images are such a great way to explore data and a great reminder to think more outside the box (we can put ourselves into in K-12) of what is data. Images as data reminds me of an awesome session I attended recently with @Leticia from WestEd about asking questions, exploring, and visualizing data from images. So fun!

How are you having your students work with images as data? Any tips to share with the broader community?

See you next week for our Data Bite live sessions every Monday at 4pm PT / pm ET!
