Plans Changed, Winter Prep Begins Episode 180
We had a week before returning to Istanbul for my mother's surgery.
We didn't feel like doing any work anyway, but since we didn't know when I'd be back, we decided to start doing the essential things to prepare the stone house for winter…
And that was definitely roof insulation. At least if we did the first layer, it would both prevent air leaks and get rid of the old insulation material and straw-like debris falling through the gaps… So we rolled up our sleeves…
