This is a Beyond 100% challenge series of Cyberpunk 2077. Cyberpunk has been massively overhauled into a hardcore life-sim, and the challenge will be to 100% the game and the DLC, Phantom Liberty, while only levelling 1 attribute and using it's relevant skills per district. This time, we are using a Reflex build to fully complete the Westbrook District.
