How to Reball iPhone 13 PM PCB
Full process of sandwich board reball , iPhone 13 pro max .
for X-11PM you can separate pcb with 180'C
But for 12 and upper you have to use 210-230'C
After reball with 138'C paste , you can put back top pcb with 160-180'C
