Corned Beef Stroganoff | Food Wishes
Whether you cook your corned beef specifically for this, or simply use what’s leftover, this is a great twist on classic beef stroganoff, and would be a delicious way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, or if you’re going the leftovers route, celebrate the day after.
