The dungeon "Ghosts of the Deep" has an exotic trace rifle The Navigator as a potential drop. From what I've seen, there is a lot of unknowns of how it works, and no one seems to mention a key feature (not just the Woven Mail "Bug"). So let's completely go over how this weapon works and what uses it might have.
