FIXING 0xA00F4292 PhotoCaptureStartTimeout on WINDOWS - camera didn't work
Camera Error code: 0x00F4292 PhotoCaptureStartTimeout
This error can occur because of improper driver installations, outdated hardware or even permissions that haven't been granted and this then will cause issues with your webcam's functionality.
In this video, I'm trying to give solution and I am not an expert on hardware or something but I faced the same problem before and in my case, my laptop is brand new where suddenly my camera stop functioning after I install some software and update my Windows.
