For 100%, I'm going with the speedrun category definition, which is:
All weapons obtained (including the Unmaykr) and masteries for all mods completed (using mastery tokens is acceptable) with 8 weapon points remaining
All sentinel crystal upgrades & suit token upgrades obtained with 15 suit tokens remaining
All collectible items in the Fortress must be unlocked with 8 batteries remaining (10 if you do Praetor skip; 4 if you unlock all of the skins)
All codex entries obtained (including Elena Richardson's logs)
Full exploration completed in each level
TL;DR: Everything that is tracked at the end mission screen. Excludes secrets & automap stations.
