PROBLEM PLAYING your DRONE VIDEOS - H265 / HEVC Codec
If you're having trouble playing your drone videos, if you can't play them, or if they're choppy, you need to check your computer or smartphone's configuration. In particular, check whether the HEVC codec is installed, which allows you to play files recorded and compressed in H265.
