How to film using natural light indoors
In this quick tip video, it's all about being aware of how to get better footage when working indoors just using natural light.
You will also learn about the silhouette effect. This effect can be achieved by filming into a bright light source and lowing your aperture/exposure so that the subject is just an outline. This can look awesome when you are working with sunsets at just the right time.
A recap: Know that just because you see something the way it is when you setup your camera doesn't mean you can't change it. Look around, where is your light source coming from, can you move the camera to a better spot or can you change the position of the subject to have a nicer angle from the light.
