Posting Your Artwork in Facebook as 3D Photo Without Third Party App Or Smart Phone
Just learned this new method of posting 3D photo into Facebook without the need of using dual camera smartphone like iphone or any third party app.
You just need to upload both your artwork and the depth map for your artwork in a single post. The filename have to be in the following format:
filename.jpg
filename_depth.jpg
Adding the "_depth" for the depth map image. After successfully upload, Facebook will automatically create the 3d post for you.
A depthmap is a black and white image which show the depth of a 2d image. In facebook, black is furthest, white is nearest. Usually depth map can be render from your 3D application. if you are doing 2D painting. Then you have to paint the depth map yourself
