May In My Self-Sufficient Garden
Take a look at my self-sufficient garden and see what’s growing now. It’s mid May and things are starting to take shape. I love this time of year when all the growth is fresh, the colours of all the greens are beautiful. We are a bit behind where we were last year but already i am eating fresh lettuce and spring onions so that makes me happy!
