2022 Goal Setting for your Author Business | Evaluate and Make a plan to Create, Refine, and Ship
-Evaluate 2021 metrics
-Set goals based on KPIs - what do you want to earn? What is a realistic goal based on current sales and royalties? What KPIs will feed into those earnings? Where do they need to move to reach that goal?
Niche down to focus on a few things instead of focusing on “everything.”
Plan for space to reflect and rest *advice I need to take myself :) *
Each month what are you:
Creating?
Revising or Refining?
Shipping?
Do you want balance or harmony?
Have a roadmap AND a plan for regularly checking in to see if the plan is working, if you are on track, etc.
And remember, it is okay to ask for help!!
