Resetting the Pioneer VSX-1016
Procedure:
1. Put the unit into standby mode.
2. Press and hold the TONE button while holding the STANDBY button for more than 3 seconds.
3. Press ENTER when "RESET?" is displayed, then press SYSTEM SETUP.
4. "OK" should be displayed.
