INGREDIENTS:
Minced chicken fillet - 500 grams;
Zucchini - 200 grams (1 piece);
Chicken egg - 1 piece (SB);
Sweet chili sauce - 1 tbsp a spoon;
Dijon mustard - 1 hour a spoon;
Smoked paprika - 1 hour a spoon;
Dried garlic - ¼ tsp;
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons;
Green onion - 3 stalks;
Salt and pepper to taste.
COOKING:
1. At the zucchini, cut off the stem and tail, grate on a coarse grater.
2. Finely chop the onion.
3. Put the minced chicken, zucchini, onion, chicken egg, 1 tbsp into the container. a spoonful of vegetable oil and all the spices.
4. Stir the mixture well.
5. Put the mixture into the prepared form, level it, grease it with vegetable oil on top.
6. Bake in a preheated oven to 190 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Until ruddy.
7. Let the finished bread rest for 10 minutes, remove from the mold, cut into portions and serve.
