To create a 4 layer video tutorial on capcut,first select the videos and add them into your project.Select the first video,reduce it's size and position it on the screen,select the remaining videos,create an overlay on each of the videos,reduce the size and position them on the screen.
After this,click on canvas and select any colour you wish to use as the border.
My goal on this channel is to show how to navigate and easily use capcut. I also cover video editing tutorials on the application.
