Police say they're arrested the man who held up a bank at the Spruceland mall last week. Friday night, Prince George RCMP arrested 38-year-old Neil Simpson in a motel on Queensway. At the time of the robbery, Simpson was already wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant, for failing to meet his parole. It happened last Wednesday morning, at the Scotiabank branch near Central and 5th Avenue. The suspect produced a handgun, demanded money, and fled on foot with the stolen cash. No injuries were reported. Simpson is facing several charges related to the incident, including robbery with a firearm, wearing a disguise during an offense, and uttering threats.
